As a 'Third Party Administrator with a unique approach', this organization is founded by seasoned insurance professionals who leverage advanced technology to solve long-standing challenges in the claims sector. With substantial financial backing from prominent venture capital firms, they have established enduring partnerships with leading Managing General Agents (MGAs).
This role is entirely home-based, providing you with all necessary tools for success, including a high-end Apple MacBook and additional screens, all within a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Due to the ongoing expansion and the establishment of long-term relationships with various MGAs, there is a requirement for a Motor Claims Operations Manager. In this capacity, you will oversee a team of Motor Claims Handlers managing diverse caseloads that encompass Damage, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury claims. Your managerial responsibilities will include:
- Training, mentoring, and developing team members
- Distributing workloads effectively
- Serving as an escalation point for complex complaints
- Conducting file audits to ensure compliance
- Providing guidance on intricate claims
It is crucial that you possess extensive expertise in motor claims, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all facets of this field. Strong leadership abilities are essential, along with the capacity to contribute positively to a friendly and goal-oriented remote team.
