Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process inpatient and outpatient prescriptions, including clinical trial and controlled substances, in accordance with established dispensary protocols.

• Manage the organization of dispensing inventory, ensuring that all stock, including partial packs, is stored neatly and efficiently.

• Participate in ward dispensing activities, providing non-stock supplies tailored to individual patient needs, preparing emergency supply kits, and supporting the ward replenishment service.

• Handle prescription submissions from healthcare staff and patients at the dispensary counter, including processing payment transactions.

• Oversee the receipt of deliveries and the operation of the automated dispensing system.

Candidate Profile

Experience

Essential

  • Applicants with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Community Pharmacy will be considered.

Desirable

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Hospital setting.
