About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Well Pharmacy team in the East of Oxford, Marston. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and services, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and services.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all pharmacy services and operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, providing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: MPharm degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of pharmacy practice and management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Registration: GPhC registration is required for this role.
