About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor at St Ives Leisure Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, responding to their enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with transactions, including setting up direct debits and handling cash.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
  • Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service, supporting each other to achieve our goals.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the centre, participating in outreach projects and other initiatives to promote our services.
