Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
  • Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities that foster children's development in all areas of learning.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to children, particularly those who may need extra help.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
