Your Contributions and Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Operations Associate, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Operational Resilience, efficiency, and dependability of our platform. Within the Technical Operations Team, you will leverage your technical skills to aid in risk management, automate workflows, and improve system performance. By collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, you will help cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the documentation and monitoring of vulnerabilities and risks, working with internal stakeholders to ensure thorough risk management in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supporting the creation and upkeep of a detailed library of scenario tests, encompassing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises for business operations.
  • Tracking and reporting adherence to Key Risk Indicators and impact tolerances, aiding in the execution of Incident Management/Service Level Objectives (IM/SLO) reporting to monitor service performance.
  • Participating in regular self-assessments to gauge compliance with regulatory requirements, documenting findings, and assisting in the implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Helping to maintain and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to ensure preparedness for potential disruptions.
  • Supporting effective processes for incident and change management.
  • Utilizing automation tools to develop scenarios that boost operational efficiency.
  • Engaging in the on-call schedule for Major Incident Management.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in operational resilience, introducing innovative tools and technologies to foster improvements.
  • Documenting system architecture and operational procedures, sharing knowledge across teams to promote a collaborative work environment.
