Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Penspen Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy aligned with the company's 3-year growth plan
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to deliver business development and sales activities
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the oil and gas or energy transition sector
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European markets, including key players and trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
