About the Role

The NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Support Assistant to join their Transformation Support Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of improved care and outcomes for our population across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Programme and Project managers, including communication, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management.
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Support the management of correspondence and general organisational tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment.
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
