We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transformation Support Assistant to join our team at NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our Transformation Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of improved care and outcomes for our population across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Programme and Project managers, including communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist with the planning and execution of projects and programmes, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management.
- Monitor and escalate risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to projects.
- Support the management of correspondence and general organizational tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment.
- Ability to work at pace, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
