Job Summary

NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is seeking a skilled Transformation Support Assistant to join their Transformation Support Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Programme and Project managers in the planning and execution of successful projects and programmes to deliver services that meet the needs of the local population.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate project stages to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Update project delivery plans
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues across programmes and projects
  • Manage and track correspondence
  • Provide general organisational support to Programme and/or Project managers
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of improved care and outcomes for the population of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of working in a project or programme environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working at a similar level in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment
  • Ability to work and react at pace to deadlines and be adept at taking initiative and problem solving
  • Ability to plan, organise and balance competing priorities, task and result focused to ensure deadlines are met and outcomes achieved
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
