Job Summary

NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board is seeking a skilled Transformation Support Assistant to join their Transformation Support Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of improved care and outcomes for the population across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Main Responsibilities

The Transformation Support Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Communicating project updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and following up on meetings and presentations
  • Maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Updating project delivery plans
  • Monitoring and escalating risks and issues across multiple programmes and projects
  • Assisting with correspondence and general organisational tasks
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of improved care and outcomes for the population across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of working in a project or programme environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working at a similar level in an administrative role, ideally in a project or programme environment
  • Ability to work and react at pace to deadlines and be adept at taking initiative and problem solving
  • Ability to plan, organise and balance competing priorities, with a focus on task and result delivery
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
