About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff, managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ensure that the pharmacy is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GPhC (PSNI) standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Healthcare Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills and knowledge of the team.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy, with a proven track record of leadership and commercial acumen.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
