Agenda Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including the maintenance of employee database systems, arranging meetings and appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- **Enquiry Handling**: Respond to internal and external enquiries from existing staff members, managers, and candidates for vacancies, providing timely and accurate information.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist with recruitment activities, including advertising and onboarding new employees.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Support with payroll processing and employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Communication and Events**: Coordinate events, including interviews and assessment days, and update employee handbooks and newsletters.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor's degree).
- **Certification**: CIPD level 3 or above is desirable but not essential.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with stakeholders and employees.
