Position Summary

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our PPI Team, which is currently seeking Distribution Case Officers.

The PPI Team is focused on the efficient distribution of funds obtained from the recovery of PPI-related assets associated with bankruptcy cases. This critical work directly contributes to our goal of maximizing returns for creditors. Successful candidates will be part of an operational team, managing various casework and administrative responsibilities. This includes drafting correspondence, inputting data into our case management system, and distributing funds to creditors.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a caseload of bankruptcy and partnership cases.
  • Drafting correspondence and responding to inquiries from insolvency creditors.
  • Inputting data into our systems and generating standard reports for review.
  • Following established protocols to prepare cases for payment and execute fund distributions.
  • Providing general support to other business areas as required.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
