The HR Compliance and Policy Coordinator will work closely with the HR Policy and Compliance Manager to support a comprehensive Global Policy Review. This role involves auditing HR processes to identify compliance gaps and recommending necessary corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, review, and revision of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Contribute to the planning, content development, and execution of a Global Policy Review.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal standards.
- Identify potential compliance risks and collaborate on action plans to mitigate them.
- Support the global dissemination of the ERRICA (risk and compliance) framework and gather necessary data.
- Engage with key stakeholders to communicate updates on policy and process changes.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to HR compliance activities, audit results, and corrective actions.
- Maintain organized records of compliance audits and related activities.
- Experience in a similar role focused on audit, compliance, or policy, demonstrating strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
