About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Policy and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, reviewing, and updating of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, content, and delivery of a Global Policy Review
  • Facilitate regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Support the identification of potential risks and areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address and mitigate them
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate policy and process changes
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within audit/compliance/policy
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
