Strategic HR Policy Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify areas for policy improvement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a focus on policy development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to employment law and data protection.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
