Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations, and processing new business
- Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
- Handling clients' requests and queries
- Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
- Sending reports and investment information to clients
- Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
- Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
- Experience of report writing, valuations, and appraisals would be ideal
- Strong administration skill set
- Great communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Up-to-date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
