**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Departmental Administrator to join the Faculty of Arts and Sciences to provide a customer focused administrative support to the department. You will be a member of a busy team, liaising with both academic and technical staff to develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems.

Duties will include:
- Administration of student records
- Responding to student queries
- Departmental Administration tasks (planning events, booking rooms, raising purchase orders)

This is a varied role, and you will have the opportunity to learn the different aspects of the student journey and work within a higher educational setting.

**About You**

As Departmental Administrator, you will be a team player who can prioritise your workload with good attention to detail and enthusiasm and be able to work well as an individual and as part of a team. To be successful you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to providing quality customer service in a busy and growing department.
