Financial Services Administrator

**About the Role**

We are working with a successful financial services organisation in Ormskirk to recruit for an IFA Administrator to join their growing administration function. This IFA business has been established for nearly 20 years, with a strong staff count and an ever-growing team. They were formed with several clear goals, and continue to build their name in the market for being straightforward financial advisers. **Key Responsibilities**

As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

* Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations, and processing new business
* Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
* Handling client requests and queries
* Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
* Sending reports and investment information to clients
* Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
* Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines

**Requirements**

The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
* Experience of report writing, valuations, and appraisals would be ideal
* Strong administration skill set
* Great communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Up-to-date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
