We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to work for our client.

The Package:
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Standard nest pension
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Role:
As the Service Administrator you will be reporting to the service department manager and accounts department, based at the Group’s Head Office in Ormskirk, the role will be responsible for administering and coordinating service jobs which include break-downs and reactive works in the air-cargo equipment industry.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

- Liaising with the Service Manager and engineers to ensure incoming jobs are allocated to the correct personnel and job numbers raised
- Keeping up to date records of job progress from notification from the client/call centre through to completion and alerting accounts for invoicing
- Chasing up jobs not completed after a certain point to help ensure service levels are maintained.
- Reporting on job statuses to the Service Manager and accounts to ensure they’re kept on track and completed in a timely manner
- Keeping clients up to date with progress
- Experienced in Service Administration with in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive
- Experience in working with Mechanical/ Electrical Engineers in a Service Department
- Strong character
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to succeed
