Sales Administrator

GaraDry Ltd is an award-winning e-commerce company, specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative weather seal products, supplying customers around the world.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a sales administrator to join the existing team and support the growth of its brands globally by providing excellent customer service and administration support.
GaraDry trades globally, and the role would mainly be dealing with the US side of the company, hence the working hours.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and would suit an enthusiastic, passionate individual who’s looking to build on their previous experience and take the next step in their career in e-commerce.
**Duties will include**:
- Processing of website and marketplace orders
- Producing quotations and proforma invoices
- Inputting data into CMS
- Maintaining website and marketplace content accuracy
- General office and administration duties ad hoc
**Requirements for the role**:
- Previous experience in eCommerce would be preferred but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new systems and protocols quickly
- Full training will be provided
