Financial Services Administrator

This IFA Administrator role involves supporting the financial advisers in the preparation of portfolio valuations, producing illustrations, and processing new business.
Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely portfolio valuations, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Produce illustrations to support client suitability reports, working closely with the financial advisers to ensure all requirements are met.
- Process new business, including arranging meetings with clients and handling their requests and queries.
- Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm.
- Strong report writing skills and a good understanding of Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of current FCA legislation is desirable.
- Competitive salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
