About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist at Ormskirk Medical Practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our multidisciplinary team. **Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties, including greeting and directing patients, managing appointments, and processing information. They will also act as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team, and liaising with external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • Ability to follow policy and procedure
