About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our clinical education team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our clinical staff, focusing on ventilation and respiratory support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on ventilation and respiratory support
  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff in building their competencies and confidence
  • Collaborate with the clinical education team to design and implement education and training initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of education and training resources
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills
  • Managerial, organisational, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
