Security Operations Manager - CCTV Specialist

Brooknight Security is a leading provider of security services to corporate customers, the logistics and distribution sector, and retailers. We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of security services to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with contracts.
  • Lead and develop a team of security staff, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet customer and contract requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site evaluations to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents, participating in investigations and providing input into health and safety committees or forums.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security operations management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Frontline Door Supervision or Security Guarding License essential; CCTV Licence would be beneficial.
  • A Full UK Driving licence is required.
