Job Title: Front of House Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Host at our prestigious clinic in Battersea. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all front of house and administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and respond to their requests in a professional and personable manner
  • Handle patient interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the multi-phone line system
  • Process payments, invoices, and customer details
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Assist with bookings and referrals
  • Monitor stocks and order goods as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Confident and able to work under pressure
  • IT literate
