Job Title: Principal Industry Consultant

At Endava, we are seeking a highly experienced Principal Industry Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Industry Vertical Team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build better systems through strategic advisory services, thought leadership, and deep industry insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advisory services to clients, supporting their strategic goals and positioning Endava as their go-to partner for execution
  • Offer opinions on the industry and provide thought leadership
  • Provide deep insights into the industries, opportunities, and client delivery, informing how we brief the analyst community
  • Actively participate in the bid process, developing compelling and relevant proposals to our clients
  • Engage in long-term delivery-side work with Endava's clients, supporting their strategies and identifying broader account opportunities
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in Financial Services and the Banking industry, in a technology leadership role
  • Strong sector expertise in Retail Banking, including Core Banking functions, Embedded Finance implications, Customer Digital Experience, Onboarding, and Regulation
  • Ability to speak to trends and key challenges in the sector, and strategy of major players
  • Strong expertise in implementing leading Core Banking Platforms and Banking as a Service
  • Exceptional client interaction skills, collaborative work style, strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and position
  • Experience of leading and working effectively in global organisations with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Able to listen, understand what the client wants, and translate that into actionable plans
  • A thought leader with the ability to provide valuable insights to our clients
  • Significant evidence of having built and maintained a strong professional network
  • Drive, motivation, ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to foster innovation and a team-oriented work environment
