About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Industry Consultant to lead our Retail Banking consulting practice in Europe. As a key member of our Banking and Capital Markets Industry Vertical Team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build better systems and achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory services to clients, supporting them in their strategic goals and positioning Endava as their go-to partner for execution
  • Offer thought leadership and provide deep insights into the industries, opportunities, and client delivery
  • Participate in the bid process, developing compelling and relevant proposals to clients
  • Engage in long-term delivery-side work with Endava's clients, supporting their strategies and identifying broader account opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in Financial Services and the Banking industry, in a technology leadership role
  • Strong sector expertise in Retail Banking, including Core Banking functions, Embedded Finance implications, Customer Digital Experience, Onboarding, and Regulation
  • Ability to speak to trends and key challenges in the sector, and strategy of major players
  • Exceptional client interaction skills, collaborative work style, strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and position
  • Experience of leading and working effectively in global organisations with multi-disciplinary teams
