Credit Risk Placement Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Risk Placement Student. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in finance and risk management, working closely with our experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare business unit credit reporting, planning, and forecasting, analyzing credit exposures.
- Perform credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts, mitigating risk to the business.
- Develop an understanding of trade finance and credit management to support the business, participating in working capital initiatives to drive corporate metrics.
- Ensure credit activities are in line with corporate credit policies and are Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) compliant.
- Active involvement and business partner support, preparing metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting, as well as ad hoc credit analysis and reports to the business unit.
- Represent the function when required to do so, either with other parts of the organization or at various functions or events.
Requirements:
- Studying towards a degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or Business discipline.
- Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges, with great attention to detail.
- Strong team-working skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Excel skills.
