Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Architecture representative and primary contact, you will facilitate the readiness program for risk and controls associated with upcoming audits. Your daily tasks will involve the consistent execution of established business-as-usual (BAU) processes alongside new initiatives.


This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.


Collaboration and Reporting:
You will work closely with colleagues to organize and conduct meetings, document minutes, track attendance, and generate status reports for senior management.


Additionally, you will partner with process owners to ensure that all requests for information (RFIs) are properly documented, monitored, and fulfilled within the designated timeframes.


Specific Duties Include:
- Acting as the primary contact for various BAU activities and upcoming initiatives, including the Risk & Controls readiness program and the Architecture Risk Management process.
- Ensuring consistent execution of these processes while maintaining accurate records and data for reporting across different organizational levels.
- Leading scheduled meetings and documenting all activities in Confluence and JIRA.
- Contributing to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.


This role also involves participation in the internal Technology development QA process working group, fostering relationships with application owners, and assisting in maintaining data quality within the firmwide architecture metadata repositories.


Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance and compliance.
- Strong understanding of architecture, design, and business processes.
- Experience in process management and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills across various technology groups.
- Proven project execution and program management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Background in risk, compliance, and governance management.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading collaborative teams towards shared objectives.
- Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or similar.
- Appreciation for technology architecture, applications, and technical processes.
- Proficient written and spoken English skills.
