**Governance & Training Coordinator**

LV=GI have a new opportunity for a Governance & Training Coordinator covering our office in Bournemouth. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Pricing Operations in the coordination and management of training across GI Pricing team, in line with our Vision, as well as our governance.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively work across Pricing maintaining business tools, documents and processes in line with required standards
- Coordinate processes and governance in line with business requirements and operational effectiveness
- Ensure governance framework is maintained and aligned with other areas by engaging with stakeholders across Pricing and the wider business

Training Co-ordination:

- Support identifying and rolling out Training needs across GI Pricing based on the Pricing Vision and develop the GI Pricing Training suite
- Work with operational stakeholders, and where appropriate third parties, to embed Training that supports the Pricing Vision
- Coordinate lunch and learn and other workshops with wider business
- Deliver or present training materials, use of systems or tools where required
- Support driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)

Processes & Governance:

- Ensure pricing documents and associated processes are regularly maintained to agreed governance standards
- Obtain sign off for proposed changes and any associated documents and are able to evidence a clear audit trail
- Engage and work closely with the governance manager to ensure any Risk within the department is monitored and captured

**About you**

You will have:

- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills, building trust and good relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Understanding of General Insurance
- IT literate with good knowledge of MS Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
