About the Role

As a Clinical Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our homes. Working closely with nurses and carers, you'll lead by example to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure excellent clinical care.
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure, prioritizing resident well-being and safety.
  • Actively contribute to all aspects of clinical delivery, including audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
  • Promote best nursing practice and provide training, support, and mentorship to staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical skillset with the confidence to lead the nursing team.
  • Passion for promoting best nursing practice and mentoring others.
  • Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance.
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
