Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Care Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency and minor injury care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in emergency and minor injury settings, using your skills and experience to diagnose and treat a range of conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and services.
  • Participate in the audit process to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or Emergency Care Practitioner qualification in a specialist field to degree/diploma level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a physically and psychologically demanding role.
  • Experience in auditing and provision of evidence-based care within the field.
Desirable Criteria
  • Supplemented by diploma-level specialist training and/or short courses, or equivalent level of experience.
Personal Qualities/Attributes
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and provide a resolution.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a physically and psychologically demanding role.
  • Experience in auditing and provision of evidence-based care within the field.
