About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving complex issues with a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer interactions, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of industry developments.
