About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and service targets
