About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a Senior HRBP, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored HR solutions
  • Lead employee engagement and talent development initiatives to drive business growth
  • Design and implement well-being, ED&I, and transformation programs to enhance the employee experience
  • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders to support their business objectives
  • Conduct talent assessments and develop plans to address strengths and weaknesses
Requirements
  • Experience in the creative and entertainment industry is highly desirable
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
