Senior Client Executive

Aon is currently in search of a seasoned Senior Client Executive to manage a portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' risk requirements and leverage Aon's extensive offerings to create, implement, and manage their insurance solutions.
As the primary contact for clients, you will also provide guidance to junior Client Managers. The Senior Client Executive will oversee their own client portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services that deliver risk solutions across various sectors in the UK.
- Engage with Mid-Market clients, establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop tailored insurance programs and risk management services to meet client needs.
- Introduce Aon's diverse products and services to address client requirements.
- Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain a steady flow of referrals.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within your client portfolio while achieving annual income targets.
- Adhere to Aon’s Risk Management Framework and compliance policies.

Qualifications for Success
- FCII/ACII or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management within the insurance sector, particularly in commercial risks.
- Familiarity with Mid-Market commercial and corporate insurance risks is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding market dynamics and business drivers.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders.
