Overview of the Position

We are seeking a skilled Regional Commercial Lead to become a vital part of our team at Vantage Data Centers. In this role, you will be instrumental in the phases of project development, pre-construction, and execution. Your duties will encompass overseeing project financials, assisting cost management teams, ensuring adherence to reporting standards, and engaging in negotiations with suppliers. Additionally, you will be tasked with assessing project risks, managing construction agreements, and promoting ongoing enhancements in commercial practices. The position will involve occasional travel to various locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project financial plans and pinpoint cost reduction strategies
  • Assist development teams with bid evaluation processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to synchronize commercial objectives with project needs
  • Support cost management teams with financial processes and inquiries
  • Guarantee precise reporting and compliance with organizational practices
  • Engage in negotiations with general contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

Reporting Hierarchy:

The Regional Commercial Lead will report directly to the Commercial Director.
