Role Summary

The Shared Services Partnership is dedicated to fostering growth and development within our community. This Business Administration role offers an 18-month opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Damp and Mould Team, you will:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the damp and mould services
- Perform various administrative duties to facilitate service delivery using multiple IT systems
- Generate work orders for contractors based on guidance from the team manager

Training and Development Opportunities:
- Complete a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, funded by the organization, which may involve attending classes and completing workplace tasks.
- Participate in a personal and professional development program featuring diverse activities and events throughout your apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for this apprenticeship, candidates must:
- Be a resident or care leaver aged 16+ who has lived in the UK for the past three years.
- Not hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in Business Administration.
- Not be enrolled in any other formal educational programs.
