About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently manage stock deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement solutions to address any issues.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
