Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Halfords Group PLC. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online product displays are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our customer's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product setup, attribution, images, and product copy reflect customer expectations.
  2. Work with Digital Trading, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver online product updates on time with supporting content.
  3. Focus on customer journey and user experience.
  4. Support sales events and re-merchandise the site as required.
  5. Implement changes to online category strategy based on customer insights, brand strategy, and e-commerce goals.
  6. Analyse sales and web metrics to make recommendations.
  7. Work with Customer Contact, Data Analytics, and CRO teams to address customer feedback and implement changes.
  8. Analyse overall performance and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
