Lead Administrative Coordinator | Role Overview:
  • Competitive Salary: £37,443 [35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year]
  • Recognized Secondary School with an Ofsted rating of 'Good' [11-18 age range]
  • Supervise the daily operations of the school office, including managing a team of 4 administrative personnel
  • Collaborate with the Assistant School Business Manager (ASBM) to oversee all administrative and organizational functions within the institution, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Support the planning and enhancement of support services
  • Act as a deputy for the Assistant School Business Manager when necessary
Previous experience in a school setting is crucial for this role, along with a strong familiarity with SIMS. A keen eye for detail and an understanding of its significance in the efficient operation of daily school activities are essential.
