About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and address resident needs, and implement care plans to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including alternate weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
