About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Extra Care team in Lytham St Annes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the individual needs of each resident.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.

Requirements
