We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Extra Care team in Lytham St Annes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Our Extra Care units offer a unique and supportive living environment, where residents can enjoy their own self-contained living space while having access to care staff who are based within the unit. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to enable them to maintain their independence.

As a Care Assistant at Cera Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support. You will also work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. Key Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
  • Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
  • Subject to a DBS/PVG check
