Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and practical tasks. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient, flexible, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
