Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements
No prior social care experience is necessary, but you'll need to be compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
