Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and support clients with their medication
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to provide high-quality care and support
