We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our Extra Care team in Lytham St Annes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Our Extra Care units offer a unique and supportive living environment, where residents can enjoy their own self-contained living space while having access to care staff who are based within the unit. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with residents to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to enable them to maintain their independence.

Key responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and household chores. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to build strong relationships and a sense of community within the unit.

We are committed to providing our Care Assistants with the training and support they need to excel in their role. You will receive comprehensive training in care and support, as well as ongoing support and supervision from our experienced care team.

Shift Patterns:

We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including block shifts and flexible hours. You will be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and career progression.
